You will receive your portrait as a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background.

Once we have finished your portrait, you will receive an email with a download link. You have 24 hours for change requests, after that we will close the order.

For a small surcharge, we also create a high-quality art print in gallery quality from your portrait. For this choose our poster or framed poster product.

We love all pets and for your poster we can illustrate any of them from fish to pups! Currently we can only print one pet per poster.

We are working on launching a new product and design which can include up to three pets, so come and check out our collection again in a few months or sign up for our newsletter.

Yes, you will be able to review the design after we have picked up your order and have the first design ready. If you have any change requests, please respond quickly, as after 24h we will handover the design to our printing team. Note, that any changes in the portrait may impact your delivery date.

Petsiful pet portraits are printed on museum grade paper, that will give your art a polished and professional look and can be stored for a long time without turning yellow.
