In usual conditions we estimate 5-7 working days production time and 1-3 working days delivery time. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please email us and we get this resolved for you as fast as possible.
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders.

RETURNS
Please understand that since your order is specially customized for you we cannot offer refunds. Should you be unhappy with your final product, and you provided photos that clearly follow our photo guide, we will do our best to find a solution to fix it. If you provided photos that do not follow our photo guide, we cannot offer a refund.
We are dedicated to delivering premium quality products that make our customers happy. We have implemented a number of safeguards to make sure you love your one-of-a-kind artwork such as photo reviews by our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to our support team and we’ll run internal checks to find the root cause and do our best to come up with a solution.
We are very sorry to hear that. We have replacement guarantee for orders that arrive with any damage, defect, or mis-print. Please email us providing some photos of the defect and we will ship out a replacement as fast as possible.
Order cancellations are permitted up to 12 hours after placing your order or until our artists start on designing your custom artwork. After this point of time we unfortunately cannot approve any cancellation. Please email us to enquire as soon as possible.
YOUR PET PRINT PRODUCT
On our photo guide page we have summarized some tips for you to provide us with the best quality photo leading to best result. Please follow our guide when taking a photo or choosing an existing one to upload.
Should you still be unsure, don’t worry – we conduct a photo screening for every received order and will contact you in case another photo is required.
We love all animals and are more than happy to print any pet you have – be it dogs, cats, guniea pigs, parrots, or cows! Just send us your photo and our professional designers will start working on creating your personalized artwork.
We know that all your pets are close to your heart and some pets are simply inseparable. For selected products, such as mugs and apparel, printing more than one pet is possible for an extra charge . The option to print multiple pets on a product will be visible on specific product page.
Yes, technically we can also print the full body! This isn’t our ‘standard’ offering so you won’t see this option on the product page. In case you want a full body print, just email us to inquire.
Although humans are similar to animals in several ways, we have decided to specialize in pet artwork only.
